4 1/2 cups of milk(full cream)
1/4 cup homemade malai or any cream
1 tablespoon chopped almonds / chopped baddam
Pinch of kesar / saffron
1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios
1 tablespoon of chopped cashew / chopped kaju
¼ cup sugar
How to make-
1. In a pan heat 4 1/2 cup milk once it starts boiling then add 1/4 cup of homemade malai ( it tastes better if you have homemade malai)or you can take any cream.
2. Stir continuously, making sure everything is combined well.
3. Add 1 tablespoon chopped almond, 1 tablespoon pistachios, 1 teaspoon cashew nuts and pinch of kesar.

4. Boil the mixture till the milk reduces to half or thickens.
5. Now add ¼ cup sugar powder and boil for another 5 minutes.
6. Cool the mixture and transfer to matka.
7. Garnish with nuts.
8. Cover the matka with aluminium foil and freeze for 8 hours.
