Chicken Seekh Kebab Recipe ||

Chicken Seekh kebab recipe- Ingredients-
500gm boneless minced chicken
2 tablespoon chickpea flour
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 onion finely chopped
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Finely chopped mint leaves
1 teaspoon jeera/ cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Chopped green chili
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon ghee
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili powder
How to make-
1. Take the boneless chicken in food processor make a fine paste without adding water.
2. Now add ginger garlic paste, chickpea flour, egg, lemon juice, pepper powder, red chili powder, chopped onion, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, green chili, chopped coriander, chopped mint, ghee, garam masala, salt
3. Mix all the ingredients nicely keep it for 20-30 minutes.
4. Take the kebab sticks, spread the chicken all around the stick leave the top part and bottom part.
5. Heat the griller pan add oil and cook the kebabs in low flame.
6. Brush oil on to the kebabs as required and cook both the sides until golden brown.

7. Serve it with pudina/ mint chutney.
