Chicken Quinoa Salad || Healthy Salad Recipe

 Ingredients-

For salad dressing-
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon water
2 teaspoon sugar/honey
1 teaspoon dried herb (Oregon)
Chopped coriander
Pinch of salt
Crushed black pepper

For chicken patties-
500 grams minced chicken ( keema)
1 onion finely chopped
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional )
1 finely chopped green chili
Salt per taste Baking vegetables and quinoa-
1 cup cooked quinoa
Chopped cabbage
Chopped beans
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced carrot
Chopped bell pepper
Sliced onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Herbs How to prepare- 1.Take 500 grams of minced chicken (keema), add 2 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 chopped onion, 2 tablespoon ginger garlic , 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, finely chopped green chili , 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, chopped coriander leaves and salt as per taste. 2. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 20-30 minutes. 3. For salad dressing take 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoon of water, 2 teaspoon sugar or honey, 1 teaspoon herbs (Oregon), chopped coriander, crushed pepper, and pinch of salt. 4. Mix all the ingredients nicely and keep it aside. 5. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 5 minutes now add all the vegetables ( cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, beans, bell pepper, onion) on to the Baking tray.


6. Add 2 teaspoon of olive oil, pinch of salt pepper and herbs. 7. Bake the vegetables at 200 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes. 8. Heat the pan brush some oil, make small patties with the marinated chicken. 9. Cook both the sides until golden brown.


10. Now in big bowl transfer the baked vegetables, add 1 cup cooked quinoa. 11. Now add half of the salad dressing and mix it well.


12. Add the sliced chicken patties and add the rest of salad dressing mixture. #chickensalad #quinoasalad #proteinrichsalad

Mango Panna Cotta || Mango Pudding Dessert

 Recipe

FOR CREAM LAYER:
1 cup full fat concentrated milk
1 tsp agar-agar / gelatin
1/4 cup sugar, powdered
1 tsp vanilla extract / vanilla essence FOR MANGO LAYER:
2 tsp agar-agar / gelatin / china grass
4 tbsp hot water
1 cup mango puree How to prepare-
Add 1 cup full fat concentrated milk and heat it (do not boil). youtube video👇


Add 1/4cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tablespoon agar agar powder or gelatin powder. Whisk and dissolve completely. let the milk cool for 10 minutes before pouring to the glass. pour the milk into glass. refrigerate it for 2 hours or overnight, till it sets completely. in a bowl take 1 tsp of agar-agar / gelatin and add 4 tbsp hot water.

mix well and dissolve agar-agar completely. add 2 cups of mango puree. mixed well with agar-agar . place the serving glass in a bowl tilted slightly.

Once the creamy layered set completely after 2 hours now pour the prepared mango mixture. Keep it in refrigerator at least 4-5 hours or overnight.

Zebra Cake || Marvel Cake Recipe || Eggless Cake Recipe

Recipe Ingredients-
11/2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
1 cup curd
1 cup powdered sugar
11/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract How to prepare-
1. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda in a large bowl and keep aside.

2. Combine curd and sugar in another large bowl and mix well till the sugar dissolves. 3. Add oil and vanilla extract and mix well.

4. Add the flour and whisk well till you get a smooth batter ( beat in one direction). 5. In a separate bowl take 3/4 of the mixture and add 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder. 6. Mix it well. Line the cake tin with butter paper or grease and dust using some butter and maida. Keep aside. 7. Preheat the oven or OTG at 180 degree centigrade for 5 minutes. 8. Now pour both these batter to greased baking dish alternatively. 9. Drop a large spoonful of plain batter in the center of the pan. Then put spoonful of the cocoa batter. Alternate spoonfuls on top of each other. Give the pan a shake to level it all out. 10. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 35 to 40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

11. Unmould the cake once it’s cool down completely. 12. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
