11/2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
1 cup curd
1 cup powdered sugar
11/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
How to prepare-
1. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda in a large bowl and keep aside.

2. Combine curd and sugar in another large bowl and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
3. Add oil and vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Add the flour and whisk well till you get a smooth batter ( beat in one direction).
5. In a separate bowl take 3/4 of the mixture and add 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
6. Mix it well. Line the cake tin with butter paper or grease and dust using some butter and maida. Keep aside.
7. Preheat the oven or OTG at 180 degree centigrade for 5 minutes.
8. Now pour both these batter to greased baking dish alternatively.
9. Drop a large spoonful of plain batter in the center of the pan. Then put spoonful of the cocoa batter. Alternate spoonfuls on top of each other. Give the pan a shake to level it all out.
10. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 35 to 40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
11. Unmould the cake once it’s cool down completely.
12. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
