Cheesy egg sandwich || Easy egg and bread breakfast

 
How to make - Ingredients-
4 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/2 chopped onion
1 sliced tomatoe
1/2 chopped bell pepper
Mozzarella cheese or any cheese
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Butter or oil How to make -
1. Take each slice of bread and cutout the outerline.

2. Now cutout center part of the bread leaving an outline around the bread Save the piece you cut out for later use.

3. In a large pan spread the butter and melt it over medium-high heat. 4. Add the bread outlines now break one egg and pour it into the bread . 5. Add chopped onion, chopped bell pepper and slices of tomatoes. 6. Now add mozzarella cheese or any other cheese of your choice. 7. Sprinkle a little bit of black pepper and salt over the egg mixture.

8. Carefully put the cut out square piece of bread back into the hole and push it down slightly. 9. Add a little bit butter on to it. 10. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Then carefully using a spatula flip the bread over and cook the other side 1-2 minutes.

Cheesy Avocado Pineapple Club-sandwich ||Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipe ||

How to make Cheesy Avocado Pineapple Club-sandwich-
Ingredients-
3 slices of brown bread
1/4 cup chopped Avocado
1/4 cup finely chopped pineapple
grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon butter
slice of lemon
pinch of salt
1 boiled egg
1 tablespoon honey
How to make-
1. Take 3 slices of brown bread cut the edges carefully.
2. Take a blender jar add 1/4 cup of chopped avocado slice of lemon and pinch of salt and make a fine paste.
3. Take out the avocado in a bowl, now add finely chopped pineapple and mix both the ingredients nicely.

4. Now take a slice of bread and spread the mixture nicely.
5. Cover the mixture with a slice of bread, now spread some mozzarella cheese and cover the cheese with another slice of bread.

6. Now heat the pan spread the butter and cook both the sides unit it turns crispy.
7. Cut it into 4 pieces add 1 tablespoon of honey and serve it with boiled egg.

Easy pressure cooker chicken curry recipe || Chicken potato curry

Ingredients-
For marination-
500 grams chicken
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Ingredients for curry
1 big onion sliced
1 cup fresh tomato purée
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 peeled potatoes cut into 4
4 tablespoon oil
1 big cardamom
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
1 medium cinnamon stick
5-6 black pepper
5-6 crushed cardamom
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Chopped coriander leaves How to make-
1. First in a bowl marinade the chicken by adding 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt.
2. Keep it for 30 minutes

3. Take a pressure cooker add 1 tablespoon oil, add the potatoes fry it for 1-2 minutes till golden brown.
4. Take out the potatoes, now again add 3 tablespoon of oil.
5. Add cinnamon, big cardamom, cloves, black pepper, 1 bay leaf now add the onions.
6. Cook it for 2-3 minutes then add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
7. Now again cook the masala for another 2-3 minutes.
8. Add tomato purée, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder and salt to taste.
9. Cook the masala until oil gets separated.
10. Add marinated chicken to the masala mix it nicely and cook chicken nicely for 10 to 15 minutes.
11. Now add the fried potatoes.
12. Add 1 glass of water.
13. Cover it and cook until 3-4 whistles in medium flame.
14. Once it’s cooked nicely adjust the salt, add 5-6 crushed cardamom and chopped coriander.




15. Serve hot with steamed rice.

Ragi banana pancake|| Healthy breakfast recipe

Ragi is a gluten free whole grain that is rich in fiber helps with weight loss and diabetes. It's rich in calcium, good carbs, amino acids, protein, Vitamin D. Recipe-
Ingredients -
2 ripened banana
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ragi flour
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon brown sugar
3-4 crushed green cardamom
Pinch of salt
Ghee How to make-
1- In a bowl take 2 ripened banana and mash the bananas well.
2. Add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup ragi flour 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoon brown sugar, pinch of salt, 3-4 crushed cardamom
3. Mix all the ingredients well.

4. Heat the pan add ghee now add the batter.
5. Cook both the sides.


6. Serve with honey.

Beetroot semolina pancake|| Healthy breakfast recipe

Beetroot is a root vegetable packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a great source of fiber, vitamin B9, manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.
Recipe-

Ingredients-

1/2 cup grated beetroot
1 cup roasted semolina/ sooji/rava
1/2 cup rice flour
1/3 cup yogurt
1 chopped onion
1 green chili chopped
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
8-10 chopped curry leaves
1 inch crushed ginger
Pinch of Asafoetida
Salt to taste
How to prepare-
1- Heat the pan dry roast 1 cup semolina for 2-3 minutes.
2- Take a bowl add the roasted semolina.
3- Add 1/2 cup rice flour
4- 1/3 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoon chopped coriander.
5- For the tempering, add 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, chopped curry leaves, pinch of Asafoetida.
6- Now add this to the semolina beetroot mixture.
7- Add 2 cups of water and finally add salt as per taste.

8- Mix all the ingredients nicely and keep the batter for 20 minutes.
9- Now take a pan add oil and spread the better to make the pancake.



10- Cook both the sides nicely and serve it with your favorite chutney.

Matka Kulfi || Matka Malai Kulfi Recipe || Kesar badam Kulfi

Ingredients-
4 1/2 cups of milk(full cream)
1/4 cup homemade malai or any cream
1 tablespoon chopped almonds / chopped baddam
Pinch of kesar / saffron
1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios
1 tablespoon of chopped cashew / chopped kaju
¼ cup sugar How to make-
1. In a pan heat 4 1/2 cup milk once it starts boiling then add 1/4 cup of homemade malai ( it tastes better if you have homemade malai)or you can take any cream.
2. Stir continuously, making sure everything is combined well.
3. Add 1 tablespoon chopped almond, 1 tablespoon pistachios, 1 teaspoon cashew nuts and pinch of kesar.

4. Boil the mixture till the milk reduces to half or thickens.
5. Now add ¼ cup sugar powder and boil for another 5 minutes.
6. Cool the mixture and transfer to matka.
7. Garnish with nuts.


8. Cover the matka with aluminium foil and freeze for 8 hours.

Chicken Seekh Kebab Recipe ||

Chicken Seekh kebab recipe- Ingredients-
500gm boneless minced chicken
2 tablespoon chickpea flour
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 onion finely chopped
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Finely chopped mint leaves
1 teaspoon jeera/ cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Chopped green chili
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon ghee
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili powder
How to make-
1. Take the boneless chicken in food processor make a fine paste without adding water.
2. Now add ginger garlic paste, chickpea flour, egg, lemon juice, pepper powder, red chili powder, chopped onion, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, green chili, chopped coriander, chopped mint, ghee, garam masala, salt
3. Mix all the ingredients nicely keep it for 20-30 minutes.
4. Take the kebab sticks, spread the chicken all around the stick leave the top part and bottom part.
5. Heat the griller pan add oil and cook the kebabs in low flame.
6. Brush oil on to the kebabs as required and cook both the sides until golden brown.

7. Serve it with pudina/ mint chutney.

Oats rava instant dosa||A easy quick Indian breakfast recipe||

Oats rava instant dosa is a easier and quicker version of traditional Indian dosa. It takes really less time to prepare, more over its mush heather than traditional dosas. However traditional dosas are also very healthy but some people are more sensitive to urad dal  as it causes more acidity. You can make oats rava dosa any time specially we Indians prefer it in morning breakfast. It can be served with any chutney of your choice, I prefer it with peanut chutney. My recipes are very simple and healthy. I believe simple and healthy also can be delicious and yummy. 

INGREDIENTS

  • cup rolled oat (powder)
  • ½ cup rice flour 
  • ¼ cup rava / semolina / sooji
  • 2 tablespoon curd
  • cups of water
  • tsp cumin / jeera
  • tsp peppercrushed
  • inch ginger, crushed
  • chillifinely chopped
  • onionfinely chopped
  • corianderfinely chopped
  • 4 to 5 crushed black pepper
  • oil or ghee
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • roast 1 cup of oats on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes till it turns crisp.
  • make a fine powder after it cools down completely.
  • take a large bowl add the oats powder.

  • whisk and mix well until no lumps.
  • now add 1 tsp pepper, 1 inch ginger, 1 chopped green chilli, chopped onion, coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
  • now whisk the mixture( should not be any lump).
  • mix well and rest the batter for 30 minutes.
  • batter should be thin watery consistency.
  • now carefully pour the dosa batter over very hot tawa. 
  • Add oil.
  • cook until the dosa turns golden and crisp.
  • finally, serve oats dosa with peanut chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
